DELIVERY & SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

·         Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post.

·         Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday with purchases made on weekends or public holiday processed on the next business day.

·         Deliveries via Express Post to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of shipping. Bulky packages or regional areas may take 2-5 days.

·         Please note that Express Post is not classified as registered post. Lost or stolen items are not covered and are at the risk of the purchaser.

·         Shipping is free for all full price Australian purchases and charged at a flat rate of $12.50 for all Australian sale purchases.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

·         Orders from outside of Australia are shipped via Australia Post International Registered Post.

·         Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday with purchases made on weekends or public holiday processed on the next business day.

·         Deliveries will usually arrive within 7-10 days of shipping. Bulky packages or regional areas may take Longer.

·         Please note that lost or stolen items are not covered and are at the risk of the purchaser.

·         Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25.00 for all international purchases.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

·         Payment can only be accepted by credit card using our secure checkout.

·         All product prices indicated & payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.

·         All prices include GST.

ORDERING INFORMATION

·         For all online customer service & product enquiries, please email us on online@thereserawsthorne.com or call us on (02) 8084 0300 between 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday (AEST)

·         If for any reason the items you purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.

·         After you place your order, an email confirmation including an order number, will be sent to the email address that was entered on your order form.  Once payment has been approved, your order will be packed and dispatched and you will be notified by email.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us, with all items thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the following returns procedure below.

1.        There is no returns or exchange on sale items unless faulty. In case of faulty goods please follow returns procedure as outlined below.

2.        Returns or exchanges on full priced goods are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.

3.        Either email us at online@thereserawsthorne.com or call us on (02) 8084 0300 to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number). You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.

4.        All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return. Items not received with an Online Store Returns Form and RA number will not be accepted and marked return to sender.

5.        We can only exchange items for a different size. When requesting a RA Number, please specify the size you require. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we would recommend returning your purchase for a refund.

6.       When returning goods, please enclose a) the completed Online Store Returns Form, including the RA Number where indicated, and b) your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and then return the goods to:

Returns may only be sent to the above address in order to be processed. Goods will only be received with a valid Online Store Returns Form and RA number.

7.        Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this.

Important Information:

1.        We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Items we exchange for you will be re-sent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

2.        We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 10 day period from purchase.
